Magickal Days of the WeekIn the best of all possible worlds, you could manifest or cast any spell you wanted, no matter what day of the week it is. Many practitioners prefer to cast their spells on days associated with their target energy; in effect, they are trying to swim with the magickal current instead of against it. Casting or starting a spell on a particular day of the week can help you increase your chances of success.

Can't wait? Need to start manifesting your goal now?
I hear you. I've been there. I've found that working with the days of the week usually requires less power to succeed. That said, nothing is stopping you from trying to manifest the energy you want, when you want. You can always start a spell now, and then bridge your working to a better time and place. You can also reinforce the work when you get to the right day. Plus, there are ways to access the energy you want, when you really need it.
Here are some resources I use to strengthen my work, regardless of the day of the week.
Black and White Moonstones: Besides the days of the week, people often work energy, going with the flow of the waning, new, waxing, and full moon. I have a couple of moonstones, one black, one white. The black moon is charged with the energy of the waning and new moon. The white moonstone is charged with the energy of the waxing and full moon. I keep these stones present with my most important and urgent workings, so that I can access whatever energy I want, whenever I need it. This resource may not help you right this second, but if you acquire these items and leave them in the appropriate moonlight, you will be able to use them in the future.
Reiki: I am a Reiki Master Teacher. If you at least have a Reiki II level, you will be able to use the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol (No past, no present, no future) to pull the perfect energy you want from any time you want. If you are not Reiki attuned, nothing is stopping you from trying to use the symbol. Before I was attuned to Reiki I, I used the symbols. I did not have as much success before I was attuned, as I do now, but it helped me a little. That said, Reiki symbols are part of a system of spiritual healing. They cannot be used with any form of negative destructive magic that involves harming or dominating another living being. I say this without judgement, but I say it because there are those who cast love spells on a particular person (who has most likely rejected them in some way). While I understand the agony of rejection, and I would never hold it against you if you attempted to alleviate your pain through magick, at the end of the day, it is wrong to attempt to make someone go against there nature, and you will most likely hurt yourself trying. But this subject will be explored in more depth on my upcoming Love Magick page or Happily Ever After Class. There are also those who curse others, (and I'm sure they deserve a good karmic spanking), but Reiki will not help you, and you will face karma's judgement yourself, if you really want to curse someone... Well, that got a little dark, didn't it? Moving on.
Build the energy yourself: You can build the energy you need inside your body. You can build the energy inside an object. Possible energy vessels include, but are not limited to: Jewelry, watches, wallets, crystals (when in doubt, use clear quartz), paintings, clothing, furniture, ornaments, charms, etc. To use this method, you must build the energy before casting the spell. You must also have headphones, music, privacy and a basic knowledge of energy generation. When you are in private, listen to music that supports your energy, and either dance around (to bring the energy into your body), dance around the object, or lay the object in front of you and channel the energy through your hands. Listen carefully to the lyrics before using a particular song to support you magickally. When in doubt, find a positive piece of music, with no lyrics at all. Note: to manifest a new soulmate in love magic, make absolutely certain that you are using a song that describes positive, reciprocal love. Never use a love song that describes heartbreak, abuse, or infidelity, in any way.
